3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility, a shipment confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you containing a unique Tracking ID and a link to trace your parcel in real time.

We understand that earthen pottery and delicate wooden crafts require special care.

We use robust, multi-layered protective wrap alongside sustainable packing materials (such as eco-friendly coir or biodegradable cushioning) to provide ample padding against drops and transit friction.

Every box is securely sealed and labeled with clear "Fragile - Handle with Care" indicators to protect its structural integrity throughout the shipping journey.
5. Damaged or Broken Shipments
While we maintain a near-zero damage rate due to our intensive quality checks and heavy-duty padding, accidents can occasionally happen during transit.

In the highly unlikely event that your handcrafted piece arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, our team will promptly coordinate a complimentary replacement . Please refer to our Exchange & Refunds Policy for more details.
6. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse.

Please ensure that your shipping address, landmarks, and contact number are complete and highly accurate at the time of purchase.

Swadeh is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or missing shipping coordinates provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched from our facility. Once an item is handed over to the courier partner, cancellations will not be permitted.
